The J. N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is part of the United States National Wildlife Refuge System, located in southwestern Florida, on Sanibel Island in the Gulf of Mexico.

J. N. Ding Darling is one of over 550 refuges in the National Wildlife Refuge System administered by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Cape Coral Historical Museum
Preserving Heritage

The Museum was established by The Cape Coral Historical Society to
preserve the history of Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.
Originally, our building was the clubhouse at The Cape Coral Country Club. Then in 1977, it was moved to Four Freedoms Park and used as a
multi-functional facility. In 1983 the Historical Society moved the building to Cultural Park for the establishment of the Museum.

With the support and influence of hundreds of talented individuals, including actors and actresses of all ages, directors, musicians, board members, technical staff, designers, and volunteers Cultural Park Theater has built a reputation of presenting tremendous, high quality performances. Cultural Park Theatre Company is also working to fulfill its artistic mission of providing opportunities for individuals of all ages and theatrical experience to participate in community theatre in such a comfortable venue as that of the Cultural Park Theater building in Cape Coral, Florida.

Eagle Skate Park
Features Nearly 27,000 sf Of Ramps

Eagle Skate Park, located adjacent to the William Bill Austen Youth Center, is one of the largest skate facilities from Tampa to Miami and features nearly 27,000 sq. ft. of ramps, rails and pipes. The park offers extreme fun for skateboard, rollerblade, and bike enthusiasts ages 6 and up, with both daily and annual admission rates available. Helmets and parental/legal guardian consent required prior to admission.

Eagle Skate Park is not just for skateboarders but also bikers. Bike days are every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cape Coral Hurricanes
Top-Amateur Soccer

The City of Cape Coral now has it's own professionally run soccer team called the Cape Coral Hurricanes.

A new men's U23 soccer team is being created and will be playing games this spring and summer all over Florida, but their home games will be played at Cape Coral High School.
